Instructions

Step 1
Cook shrimp on medium heat on the stove top. About six minutes each side until pink and firm. While the shrimp is cooking begin to cut up vegetables.
Step 2
Dice cucumbers into small pieces for garnish. Dice green onions diagonally for garnish. Heat up edamame beans for 1-2 minutes for garnish.
Step 3
Create base of bowl with 1/2 cup brown rice. Top with shrimp, cucumbers, cabbage, carrots, edamame, and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
Step 4
Drizzle with Primal Kitchens Chipotle Mayonnaise and enjoy!
