Instructions
Rice
Step 1
First cook the rice (preferably in a rice cooker, otherwise using your preferred cooking method)

Once cooked drizzle the rice with rice wine vinegar and add black sesame seeds
Courgette Salad
Step 3
Next thinly slice the onion and place in cold water
Step 4
Also, slice the courgette into thin ribbons
Step 5
Remove the onions from the water and combine with the sliced courgette
Step 6
Flavour the salad with olive oil, salt, pepper, and sesame oil
Shrimp
Step 7
Marinate the shrimp using siracha, honey, sesame oil, olive oil, salt, pepper and lime
Step 8
Then sear in pan until fully cooked
Assembly
Step 9
To assemble, first place a serving of rice in the bowl
Step 10
Next top with the courgette salad and cooked shrimp
Step 11
Finally garnish with siracha, fresh olive oil, some black sesame seeds and any other toppings that you like
