Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add in the peanut butter and mix until well combined.
Step 3
Pour batter into baking tray, smoothing into an even layer with a spatula.
Step 4
Bake for 15 to 20 mins until the top appears set.
Step 5
Allow to cool in the pan for 15 mins. Cut into pieces and cool on a wire rack.
