Yep, it’s time for another bean dessert. This time in the form of a chewy caramel protein ball 😍! The butter beans add a whole new level of creaminess and protein and you cannot taste them at all.

1 CupCashews
Raw
1 CupMedjool Dates
Soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and drained
1 CupOats
0.33 CupVanilla Protein Powder
or Caramel
1 tspvanilla essence
salt
For Coating:
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray. Spread cashews on the tray and roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway.
Step 2
Add roasted cashews and all other ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
Step 3
Roll into balls (approx 25) and coat in coconut. Enjoy! Store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
