Instructions
Step 1
Start cooking the pasta according package instructions.
Step 2
Chop the parsley and garlic and dice the onion.
Step 3
Heat the butter in a frying pan. Set the heat to medium-high. Add the garlic and onions and fry for approx. 2 mins. until translucent.
Step 4
Then add the prawns and fry for 1.5-2 mins until rosy. Season with salt, pepper and chili.
Step 5
Now pour in the white wine and leave to reduce for approx. 3 mins.
Step 6
Then pour in the cream and reduce the heat to medium. Simmer again for 3 minutes.
Step 7
Then grate the Parmesan into the sauce.
Step 8
Stir 2-3 tbsp of the pasta water and the parsley into the sauce.
Step 9
Finally, add the pasta to the sauce and enjoy.
