Instructions
In a butter maker
Step 1
If you have a butter maker which is essentially a plastic cup with a cover that has a plunger on it that creates air and whips the cream to separate the buttermilk then add 35 % fat cream to it and use the plunger to pull up and down repeatedly . This is quite the workout but after about 8 minutes you will see the buttermilk separates from the butter . Add the butter to an ice water bath rinse then shape and store in the fridge

With a whisk and a blender cup
Step 2
Add 35 % cream to a blender cup then use an electric whisk and whisk it on medium high speed until you see the buttermilk separate from the butter . Rinse in an ice bath and Add salt and any seasonings you like then store in the fridge

Step 3
Add 35 % fat cream to a mason jar put the lid on and shake with all your mite . This will take a good ten minutes and a lot of arm switching but consider this your workout for the day . When the butter separates from the buttermilk rinse with ice water then add salt garlic and herbs shape and store in the fridge
