Instructions

In a butter maker

Step 1
If you have a butter maker which is essentially a plastic cup with a cover that has a plunger on it that creates air and whips the cream to separate the buttermilk then add 35 % fat cream to it and use the plunger to pull up and down repeatedly . This is quite the workout but after about 8 minutes you will see the buttermilk separates from the butter . Add the butter to an ice water bath rinse then shape and store in the fridge

Add 35 % fat cream to a mason jar put the lid on and shake with all your mite . This will take a good ten minutes and a lot of arm switching but consider this your workout for the day .
