½ cupgrated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoongarlic powder

For the Spicy Aioli
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the Cauliflower:

Remove the leaves and trim the stem of the cauliflower, keeping the core intact.

Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.

Bread the Cauliflower:

Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, and paprika.

Dredge each cauliflower steak in the flour, dip in the egg, then coat with the panko mixture

Fry the Cauliflower:

Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
