Instructions
Step 1
Put all ingredients except the cheese into a blender and blend until incorporated.
Step 2
Add cheese to the blender and pulse until mixed in but not blended.
Step 3
Pour mixture into a greased (I use butter) mini muffin tin for the set servings.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 400F and bake for 20 mins (or until golden brown - might take extra 5 mins). If you have convection bake setting use that! Rest for 5 mins before serving.
