Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°.
Step 2
Combine cake mix and oats. Stir in melted butter until mixture is crumbly.
Step 3
Pour half the mixture into a greased or lined 13x9 baking pan. Press firmly to cover the bottom.
Step 4
Combine the preserves/jam and water. Spread evenly over bottom crust.
Step 5
Cover with the remaining crumble. Press firmly to make even.
Step 6
Bake for 20 minutes (until light brown). Cool completely.
