divided in two

225gbeef mince

½ tsponion powder
divided in two

½ tsppaprika
divided in two

¼ tspgarlic powder

¼ tspcracked pepper

½ tspdried oregano

0.5red onion

1Cos lettuce
roughly chopped

200gcherry tomatoes
quartered

30gmayonnaise

10gketchup

5gdijon mustard

10mlpickle juice

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
Step 2
Slice sweet potatoes into long strips. Place on a lined baking tray and spray with olive oil. Season with half the salt and roast for 15 to 25 minutes, or until golden



Step 3
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add mince, half the onion powder, half the paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, pepper and rest of the salt







Step 4
Cook, stirring regularly, for 8 to 10 minutes or until fully cooked
Step 5
In a clean bowl, mix the remaining onion powder, remaining paprika, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and pickle juice






Step 6
Serve mince in bowl, topping with roasted potato chips, burger sauce, quartered cherry tomatoes, lettuce and pickles.
