Instructions
Bourbon-Honey Mustard
Step 1
Pour bourbon in a pan on medium high heat. Reduce by 50%. Add butter and garlic. Cook until butter is melted and garlic is fragrant. Add the rest of the ingredients and remove from heat. Mix well and toss with wings.

Step 2
If you want it sweeter with less tang, add more honey. If you want more tang and less sweet, add more mustard. Easy to tweak!
Chipotle Buffalo
Step 3
Easily substitute the hot sauces on this to change up however you like... 25% hot sauce 75% butter = mild; 50\50 butter to hot sauce = medium; 75% hot sauce 25% butter = hot
Step 4
Melt butter in a pan. Add hot sauce and pepper. Remove from heat and toss with wings.
Dryish Lemon Pepper wings
Step 5
Zest 3 lemons onto a pan with parchment paper. Put in an oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Remove zest from oven & use a mortar and pestle, blender, food processer, etc. to grind dried lemon zest into a fine powder. Add the rest of the seasonings and set aside.

Step 6
Melt butter in a pan. Once melted, toss with wings. Then, add a generous amount of the lemon pepper seasoning (don't be shy!). Toss to combine

Dry BBQ Seasoning
Step 7
The simplest one yet. And this works on anything you need a BBQ rub on......
Step 8
Simply combine all seasonings and mix well. Add to wings prior to being cooked. Top with a dusting once you finish cooking.
