Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to stand mixer
Step 2
Mix on low until dough comes together, form into ball and place in oil lined bowl for 1.5 hours until it doubles
Step 3
Divide into 3 or 4 balls, let rest for 15 mins - 1 hour
Step 4
Roll out. Thicker center, thinner edges. Overall thickness should be roughly 1/4 of an inch (thin). Add holes to prevent excessive bubbling. Bake on low Ooni until done.
Step 5
Brush with butter, garlic or add seeds… cook until slight brown spots on top
