Instructions

Step 1
In a good amount of oil slowly fry rice until golden. Remove most of the extra oil.
Step 2
Add tomato and onion; before stirring, sprinkle the tomatoes with the garlic salt. Stir at medium heat until tomato is puréed. (If it gets stuck to the bottom, add a bit of oil.)
Step 3
Add water and bouillon. Mix and let it begin to boil. Lower heat to the minimum. Put a top on it check every 10 until water has evaporated.
