My kids absolute favorite are these delicious Crunchwraps, They are perfect for those busy days. I add chipotle peppers in adobo sauce In with the ground beef and it’s so delicious definitely try it..

Instructions
Step 1
1. Brown the ground beef then add in the garlic, onion, tomatoes give it a good mix let it cook for a couple of minutes

2. Then add in the chipotle peppers, the taco seasoning, water mix it again cover and simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes.

3. Build the Crunchwraps— put the flour tortilla on a cutting board then spread about 2 tablespoons of the queso, a scoop of the meat mixture, the tostada goes next then the sour cream, tomatoes, Lettuce the shredded cheese then fold the edges of large tortilla toward the center to close it.
Step 4
4. Put a nonstick skillet over medium heat, spray the cooking Add the Crunchwrap seam-side down and cook until tortilla is golden.
