For the filling

2 lbsground beef

0.5white onion
diced

1carrot
diced

1celery stalk
diced

2 Tbspminced garlic

1 ½ cupscrushed tomatoes

1.5 Tbspchili powder

2 tspcumin

1 tsppaprika
For the topping
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°

Step 2
In a pan over medium high heat, brown the ground beef with the onions, carrots, celery, and minced garlic. Once cooked through, drain any excess grease.

Step 3
Add the seasonings to the ground beef, along with the crushed tomatoes. Stir to combine, reduce the heat to low, and let simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 4
In a medium-size bowl, combine all of the Ingredients for the topping, and mix well.

Step 5
Add your ground beef mixture into an oven safe baking dish or pie dish, Add the topping on top, and spread as evenly as you can.

Step 6
Bake for 20-25 minutes depending on how dark you like your crust.
