Cut the beef into cubes about 2 inches in length

Season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Put some oil in a pan over medium heat and brown the beef until all sides have been browned

Toss meat into a crockpot with wine and leave on high for 3 hours
Step 6
Add potatoes and corn. Let it cook for 30 more minutes then add carrots
Step 7
Cooke for 30 more minutes then add mushrooms last
