Step 1
Place all the ingredients for the pulled pork in the slow cooker, stir and season to taste. Cook on high for 8 hours. Remove any fat from the pork then shred the meat with two forks.
Step 2
For the guacamole, mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined then season to taste. Divide the pork and guacamole between the buns.
