Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425f
Step 2
Prep your veggies by washing and chopping your spinach and washing and quartering your zucchini
Step 3
Grease a 9x12 baking dish
Step 4
To your baking dish, add orzo, broth, cream and seasonings. Mix well
Step 5
Next, add chicken and veggies. Mix again, but make sure the orzo remains covered by the liquid
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes
Step 7
Take out, stir, top with cheese, and bake for 15 more minutes
Step 8
I like to broil it for an additional 2 minutes

Added a little more chicken broth to cover all of the orzo but still cooked nicely. I added 1lb of cooked chicken (I think the recipe just says 1 rotisserie chicken) and also covered for the first 15 min to make sure the spinach wouldn't burn and then removed the cover after adding the cheese.
