Cottage Cheese Bread 🍞 🌱 Soooo yummy, top tip - freeze it once sliced as this has no preservatives like shop brought bread it won’t keep as long. 🥯 This is just increasingly for fibre that’s great for our hearts and our gut health - top with your favourite items or simply with a butter or butter alternative. You’ll Need 🛒 ✔️200g oats ✔️300g cottage cheese ✔️50g pumpkin seeds ✔️2 tbsp flax seeds ✔️1/4 tsp salt ✔️2 eggs ✔️1 tsp baking powder METHOD 🧑‍🍳 1️⃣Mix all the ingredients together in one bowl 2️⃣Shape as a bread in a baking tray lined with parchment paper 3️⃣Bake for 60 minutes at 180C So easy and full of goodness, let me know when you try it!!
