Instructions

Step 1
1. Make a classic roux - in a saucepan melt margarine before whisking in flour - slowly add milk bit by bit and stir until thickened - add seasonings and mustard before adding cheese and melting and combining well 2. Preheat oven to 180° 3. Cook pasta according to instructions before draining and running under cold water to prevent sticking 4. Combine roux and pasta before transferring to an oven safe dish 5. Top with breadcrumbs before baking for 30 minutes or until golden
