Step 1
Combine greek yogurt, honey and peanut butter until smooth. Dollop onto wax/parchment paper and insert a Popsicle stick (we used agave straws) into each dollop. Place in the freezer until frozen. Heat chocolate chips and coconut oil over double boiler (or in microwave) until melted and smooth. Dip frozen peanut butter pop into chocolate until fully coated. Sprinkle flaky salt on top and place back in freezer.
