Blueberry Cream Bites

0.75 CupCashews

0.5 CupFresh Blueberries

4Medjool Dates
Soaked in hot water for 5-10 minutes and drained

0.25 CupVanilla Protein Powder

1 tspvanilla extract

0.25 CupOat Milk
more if needed for blending

Instructions
Step 1
Place all blueberry cream bite ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.



Step 2
Divide mixture into a 12-hold silicon tray. Garnish each with a blueberry and set in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Step 3
Pop bites out of the silicon tray, drizzle over dark chocolate and enjoy! Store in the freezer for 1-2 weeks. Remove 10 minutes before eating.
