Instructions

Step 1
Pour lima beans in pan. Pour enough water to cover. Add bouillon, 1/2 stick butter, black pepper, and salt. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 to 25 minutes, or until fork-tender. Uncover. Simmer until liquid is reduced. Add 1/2 cup cream and stir over medium heat until thickened.
