For the CAKE BATTER

Step 1
Cut your strawberries into half and place them at the bottom of a 20 cm cake pan previously line with parchment paper and covered with 50 g of sugar.
Step 2
In the meantime, in a bowl of sugar, eggs, milk, room temperature butter, vanilla and mix for a minute. Swift flour and baking powder in, pinch of salt and give a last mix.
Step 3
Pour the batter on your strawberries and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180C/360F. Buon appetito!
