Instructions
Step 1
Combine sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring to make sure sugar has dissolved. Add bunch of mint.
Step 2
Remove from heat and allow to steep and cool, about 30 minutes. Discard mint. Puree watermelon in a blender until smooth.
Step 3
Combine watermelon puree, mint syrup, lemon juice, water, and ice. Garnish lemon slice and additional mint leaves.
