Instructions

Step 1
Sear cabbage in deep pan. Add chopped ginger and garlic. Add water and soy sauce and miso. Cover with extra large cabbage leaves and then lid. Braise until cabbage is cooked through. Add butter to sauce and stir in. Plate cabbage and top with sesame seeds and bonito flakes (optional)
