Marinate thin sliced beef in soy sauce, calamansi juice, oyster sauce, sugar & black pepper powder for 3 Hours or overnight

Heat up the pan then add some oil, toast the garlic and separate it int

In the same pan, add the butter, sauté the mushroom, add some flour and gradually add water until reach the consistency you want, then add beef cube also add some oyster sauce and black pepper powder and lastly, add some all purpose cream (optional)
