Step 1
Preheat oven to 180° fan forced. Lightly mist 22 cm spring form pan with oil. Squeeze as much liquid from spinach as possible then put into bowl. Add ricotta, feta, parmesan, onion, dill and eggs. Season to taste. Stir til combined. Place 1 sheet of filo on work bench and mist with oil. Fold in half and place in prepared tin. Repeat with 3 more sheets of pastry overlapping slightly to cover tin. Spoon egg mixture into tin. Spray one remaining sheet with oil, fold in half and place over filling. Repeat with remaining sheets to enclose filling. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 30 minutes until golden and crisp. Wait 5 minutes to remove from pan.
