Step 1

Spiral use the zucchini into noodles then lay on paper towels sprinkle with salt and let them sit 10 minutes . Pat the noodles dry and get as much moisture off as you can

Step 2

Add cottage cheese garlic Parmesan Italian herbs olive oil milk salt and pepper to a food processor and blend until smooth






Step 3

Fry the noodles in a large pan on medium heat for two minutes then add the sauce and toss to combine . Serve immediately and enjoy
