These 3 ingredient mango popsicles are the perfect summer snack or dessert! They have protein to balance out blood sugar spikes, are refreshing, and are sooo easy to make.
If you eat in accordance to your menstrual cycle, this is great for the ovulatory phase.

Instructions
Step 1
Mash your mango with a fork in a small bowl. Mix in your Greek yogurt until the mango is evenly dispersed
Step 2
On a baking tray, lined with parchment paper, make your popsicles by creating 4-6 evenly sized dollops. Put a popsicle stick in through the middle of each yogurt pop
Step 3
Freeze for at least 2 hours.
Step 4
Top with melted dark chocolate. It will harden almost immediately.
