Step 1
1. Wash carrots/celery/parsley well
Step 2
2. Slice carrots/celery into ~2inch pieces, onion into quarters, smash garlic cloves
Step 3
3. Put everything in a pot, cover with water, add spices
Step 4
4. Bring to a boil then immediately reduce to a low simmer and keep there for 4-6 hours, skimming foam if needed
Step 5
5. Remove all ingredients with a spider then strain broth
