Instructions

Step 1
1. Whisk ingredients together aggressively until smooth

2. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours so bubbles can pop and you get less brittle crepes
Step 3
3. Cook on medium high heat with some additional butter/neutral oil, roughly 40-60s per side
Step 4
4. For Savory crepes preheat oven to 350, bake with filling (folding in half then half again to form triangles) for ~10mins to melt cheese
Step 5
5. For Sweet crepes cook a little longer so they are more browned
