Step 1
At least half day before:
- Boil rice, add grains
- Boil edamame
- Defreeze shrimp, season once unfrozen with pepper, salt, magic kruiden - Bake shrimp after 30 mins of seasoning
- Put rice, edamame, shrimp in fridge for at least 2 hrs
- Defreeze salmon
Step 2
Wash, peel, cut avocado and mango. Season avocado with pepper, salt, sesame oil and balsamic vinegar
Step 3
Prepare sauce: mix mayo, cocktail sauce and tiny bit of Yuzu sauce or other spicy sauce, add salt, pepper
Step 4
Put all ingredients next to each other on plate. Mix sauce in rice. Enjoy!
