Instructions

Step 1
Cut off portobello stems, chop them up and set to the side to snack on.

Coat mushroom caps with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Step 3
Mix cheeses together and put mixture into each mushroom
Step 4
Top with rosemary sprigs and more salt and pepper if needed
Step 5
Bake until cheese starts to get little brown spots
