Instructions
Step 1
CCP Wash & sanitize hands & prep area.
Step 2
1. Cook sweet potatoes in their own juice until heated through; drain.
Step 3
2. Place sweet potatoes and remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Step 4
Whip on high speed until light and creamy.
Step 5
CCP--Reheat to 165* F. for at least 15 seconds.
Step 6
CCP: Maintain 135*F or above.
Step 7
Discard leftovers.
