Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F

Whisk the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Add grated butter. Work butter into flour mixture, making a crumb.

Make a well in the center, and add buttermilk
Step 5
Using a spatula, bring the dry and wet ingredients together gently
Step 6
Form into a rectangle. Laminate three times.
Step 7
Roll out until it is 2 inches thick. Cut out biscuits.
