Easy fruit pizza

You can use your favorite fruits or whatever is in season. I like to chop mine so they are all bit-sized, but you can also get more artistic with it!

Ingredients

16.5 ozsugar cookie dough roll
refrigerated
⅓ cupsugar
½ tspvanilla extract
8 ozcream cheese
1kiwi
peeled and diced
¾ cupstrawberries
diced
¾ cupraspberries
halved
¾ cupfresh blueberries
honey
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a quarter sheet pan or 12-inch pizza pan. Press cookie dough into greased pan; press dough evenly. Bake 16-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on cooling rack.
Step 2
In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Spread mixture over cooled crust.
Step 3
Arrange fruit over cream cheese. Lightly drizzle honey over the fruit topping. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour. To serve, cut into wedges or squares. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pizza.
