Instructions
For the Corn
Step 1
Wash about 2 cups of the corn throughly by soaking it in water with 3 teaspoons of salt. Rinse the water and place it on a dry napkin for about a minute.
Cook
Step 2
Place a pan on low heat with 2–3 tablespoons of oil in it. Pour in you corn after a few seconds and saute them until half cooked. Add some oregano and chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon of sugar along with some salt (as per taste). You can toss it with some spring onions, chopped tomatoes, finely chopped onions and the veggies of your liking (optional).
