Instructions

Step 1
1) Set grill or oven to 275F. 2) Mix together ingredients for the stuffing in a bowl. 3) Cut flank steak into half. 4) Stuff flank steak with veggie. Roll it up. 5) Place the flank on the grill or oven with the flap facing down. 6) Smoke or bake for 30 minutes. Flip halfway through.
