Instructions

Step 1
Cut the apricot (better if overripe) into small pieces and cook them in a pot with half a glass of water
Step 2
Stir often until reaching a mushy consistency and let it simmer to evaporate the moisture.
Step 3
In a jar or glass assemble your sweet treat. Crush the rusk and create a layer at the bottom, add 2 spoonfuls of cooked apricots, then about half of the greek yogurt. Repeat the process until the glass is full and top it off with more apricots. Rest in the fridge for at least 2 hour or overnight for a cold and fresh desert. But it could also be eaten immediately for a warmer treat
