Instructions

Step 1
Cut the ripe avocado in half and remove and discard the pit. With a large spoon, scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients and blend well
Step 3
Serve chilled or at room temperature. Will keep in the fridge, covered with plastic wrap pressed tight to the surface (so it doesn't oxidize), for a couple of days.
