Instructions

The Dough Pt. 1

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt and instant yeast. Stir well. Add the warm water. Using a sturdy spatula wooden or rubber, mix well until all the flour is well incorporated. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 8-24 hours.

The Dough Pt. 2

Step 2
Line a pan with parchment paper, add in 2 tbsp of olive oil into the pan. Add dough into pan and add another
Step 3
Cover the pan(s) tightly with plastic wrap and place in a warm area the dough should cover most of the pan.

Baking

Step 4
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees, with a rack positioned int he center f the oven
Step 5
Drizzle another tbsp of olive oil over the loaf(s) and press with your finger tips down to create a dimple affect all over the loaf.
Step 6
Sprinkle salt over the top of the dough and transfer the pan to the center rack.
Step 7
Bake for 22-28 mins or until the tops are gold and the sides are crisp.
