Step 1
1) Set oven to 400F. 2) Beat eggs together with Greek yogurt. Add seasonings. Mix together. 3) Add the veggies and cheese to the mixture. Mix thoroughly. 4) Evenly divide the mixture among the muffin molds. Bake for 30 minutes. 5) After baking, allow to slightly cool before removing from the muffin molds.
