Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*F. Butter pie dish for easy removal.
Step 2
Crake eggs and add to pie dish, add seasonings, yogurt, cottage cheese and wisk until well incorporated.
Step 3
Grate parmesan, and white cheddar over top.
Step 4
Place in oven for 10min. While cooking bacon to desired crispness. Add bacon to top half way through.
Step 5
Cook until set in center (approx. 15 additional minutes).
Step 6
Remove and let set/ cool for 2-5 min to allow to pull from side of pan on own. May need a little help. Serve hot or save some gor later once cool.
