5 minute single serve caramel mug cake…
Hoooolyyyy moly. I simply do not know how I hadn’t thought of this sooner. It is SO easy, deliciously fudgy, whole food based, and only has very minimal ingredients. Make this! You won’t regret it ✨
Ingredients;
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp buckwheat flour (you can use alternatives)
- 1 tsp maca powder
Directions;
1. Combine all ingredients and add chocolate to the top (do not shy away)
2. Microwave for 30 seconds. If it is too wet and needs any more, microwave in 5 second increments. You DO NOT want to overcook it otherwise it will not have that delicious caramel sauce on the bottom. Mine only needed max 35 seconds.
