Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chocolate into small bits and add it to a microwave safe bowl along with butter. Place it in the microwave and press reheat for 15 seconds or till the chocolate and butter melts. Remove and mix it so that there are no lumps.
Step 2
To this mixture add sugar, milk, vanilla, flour, walnuts and mix again. Cut the butter paper as per the size of your container. I am using a square glass container 3.5inchesx3.5inches with 2.5inches in height. Cut 2 strips of butter paper as per the size of your container to line it from bottom and sides of the container.
Step 3
Drop the batter into the container and press it towards sides. The batter for this recipe will be thick and sticky so spread it carefully. Garnish the top of the mixture with some roasted walnuts and chocolate chunks.
Step 4
Place the container in the microwave and press microwave option, set the power to high and cook the chocolate brownie in microwave for 75 seconds. Remove and check if the brownie is cooked by inserting knife close to the sides. If required cook for 10-15 secs more.
Step 5
Pull the butter paper from the sides to remove the chocolate brownie from the container. Remove the butter paper and let the chocolate brownie cool on a wire rack for 5 mins. You can serve it warm or cold.
