Instructions

Step 1
1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, salt, and cream of tartar.

2. Stir in the yogurt and chia seeds until well combined.

3. Shape the dough into 6 sticks, about 10-15 cm (4-6 inches) long.

4. Roll the sticks in sesame seeds.

5. Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt.

7. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
