Instructions
Step 1
Cook chicken (frozen in Instapot, or from a rotisserie for easy access)
Step 2
Cut ingredients and add to a bowl, add shredded chicken.
Step 3
Add mayo until creamy and coated, start with just a cup or so and add until covered? Add pecans when serving. Can serve over lettuce for a salad, tortilla, or sandwich.
