Instructions

Step 1
Mush the bananas very well.
Step 2
Add Canola oil and sugar.
Step 3
Warm up the milk and add the baking soda on it stirring until dissolved (it will become a foamy liquid), after that add this milk into the mix stirring until all is combined.
Step 4
Sieve the flour and the baking powder, and add it to the mix. Combine all together until the flour is dissolved (Use spatula). You won’t need to beat it, just combine all ingredients. Optional: add chocolate chips
Step 5
Grease a loaf tin with baking oil spray and dust with flour.
Step 6
Cook for 45 minutes at 170C or until the middle is cooked and dry.
Step 7
Leave it to cool down. You can wrap in cling wrap and keep in the clip box up to 4 days.
