Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C

For the crumble topping

In a bowl, mix the flour, rolled oats, cold diced butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon

Use your fingertips to rub the ingredients together until you have a crumbly texture

Refrigerate while making the nectarine mixture

For the filling

In a separate mixing bowl, combine the sliced nectarines, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and the salt

Assemble

Transfer the nectarine filling in a buttered pan dish, spreading it out evenly

Sprinkle the crumble topping over the nectarine mixture in the baking dish

Bake for 25 to 30 min at 180°C
Step 9
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving with vanilla ice cream 🍨
